- PDF Support
- PDFs are really useful, and we use them a lot ourselves. Export to PDF is an useful option that is included in CurdBee PRO. Upgrade to PRO, and click and download as PDF – it's that simple really.
- Custom Email Notifications
- At Vesess, we believe that business should be personal. That's why we allow you to customize your outgoing emails and tell your customers exactly what they need to hear.
- Your Own Branding
- We believe that your business is not our business, except when it comes to billing. That's why we give you the option of adding your logo and colors to all your billing correspondence. In fact, if you'd like total custom branding, just upgrade to PRO and say goodbye to any mention of CurdBee on your bills.

- Managing finances is really all about managing data, and at CurdBee, we know what a headache that can be. We believe that getting your data in and out of our system should be easy, and that's exactly how we've designed CurdBee.
- SSL Encryption
- Billing is not funny business, and we take your security very seriously. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) access is an option available to PRO account holders. If you're concerned about how you and your clients access your billing, the SSL upgrade will definitely put you at ease.

- Whether it's an overdue payment, or a quick thank you email, there are times when you'll need to send emails other than invoices. CurdBee PRO lets you do just that – create, customize and send the extra emails you need, when you need.
- Accept Payments Online
- Billing online would be useless without the ability to accept payments via the web. That's why we provide both Paypal and Google Checkout as payment options in CurdBee FREE, with 2Checkout available as an on-demand third option.
- Multiple Contacts per Client
- In today's world, where businesses need to be accessible around the clock, it's entirely possible that a client has multiple contact persons. At CurdBee, we make an allowance for this, and our billing system allows you to add unlimited contacts per client.

Also, when you'd like to move to real billing, you can just convert the estimate to an invoice, and send it on its way. Of course, the download as PDF option is also readily available.

- Whether you charge by the day, by the week or by the month, the new recurring billing module allows you to specify the amount, frequency, duration, and payment method of your recurrent invoice, letting you forget about it. CurdBee will automatically send the required invoices and let you focus on more important things.

- At CurdBee, our goal is to have a user from every country. Unfortunately, both Paypal and Google Checkout only support a limited number of nations and currencies. For users who want to conduct transactions in other locations, an alternate payment gateway is needed, and that's exactly what this module provides. 2Checkout is a safe, fast and secure gateway that allows you to accept payments from anywhere in the world.
