How can I login to my account?

Every CurdBee account has its own unique subdomain. You can login to your account by visiting http://YOURBIZ.curdbee.com. YOURBIZ is the subdomain you speicified at the signup. If you cannot remember your subdomain, please refer to the welcome mail sent from CurdBee.

How can I change my login email and password?

To change your name and login email, go to Settings and click on the "Account Information" tab. In Account Information page, click on "Edit Account". Enter the fields you want to change and click "Update". You can now login with your new credentials and your invoice/item data will not be affected.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel, go to the Settings and click on the "Account Information" tab. Once you are on the Account Information page, scroll to the section that says "Cancel Account" Click the link that says, "Cancel My Account".
Note: Once your account is canceled, all your project information will be immediately and permanently deleted.

Is it possible to export my data?

CurdBee supports exporting all your invoices, clients, items, estimates and recurring profiles in CSV format. On top of each of these sections, there is a link called "Export to CSV" use this link to download your data in CSV format.

How to upgrade my account to PRO?

You should be signed in to your account to upgrade. Visit "Settings" and click on the "Upgrade and Extend" tab. On the Upgrade and Extend page click on the buton called, "Upgrade to PRO edition". At that point you will need to provide a valid credit card.

How can I enable Estimates?

Your account needs to be upgraded to a PRO account in order to enable Estimates. Visit "Settings" and click on the "Upgrade and Extend" tab. On the Upgrade and Extend page, scroll to the Modules & Add-ons and click on "Enable" button under Estimates. This will enable Estimates to your account and you will be charged a prorated amount for the month.

How can I enable Recurring Profiles?

Your account should be upgraded PRO account to enable Recurring Profiles. Visit "Settings" and click on the "Upgrade and Extend" tab. On the Upgrade and Extend page, scroll to the Modules & Add-ons and click on "Enable" button under Recurring Profiles. This will enable Recurring Profiles to your account and you will be charged a prorated amount for the month.

What are the Payment Gateways that you support?

Standard version of CurdBee supports PayPal Website Payments Standard and Google Checkout. If you need more international payment options, you can enable 2Checkout.com for a monthly fee of $5.00 USD.
We hope to add support for more payment options in the future, feel free to let us know about options you think we should support.

Do you support multi currencies ? what currencies do you support?

Yeah. You can specify the currency per client. Currency can be set when creating the client or later by editing the client.
You can use almost every currency in the world to invoice, but the currencies supported by Payment Gateways (i.e. PayPal supports only 18 currencies.) will be limited.

Is there a way I can host my own version of CurdBee?

No. CurdBee is a web based product. Web based application would save you from the hassles of configuring, maintaining and updating the application. We will do our best to ensure the safefy and availability of your data all the time.

How safe is my information?

We use strong encryption(SHA-2 based) to store your passwords. So it would be nearly impossible for a cracker to gain access to your account.

All CurdBee PRO accounts comes with SSL enabled. This means all your data transfers, including the invoices viewed by the clients will be encrypted to prevent eavesdropping or tampering. SSL will be enabled immediately after you upgrade to a PRO account and it would secure your existing data as well.
